I am in need of a simple form phone gap app or web app that submits a simple form with first name and last name standard text fields via ajax to a remote URL (which I will setup). After the ajax submision, I want to app to take the first name and last name from the text fields and creates a label with first name above the last name, left justified, and rotated 90 degress and then prints it to the default printer previously connected to the ipad without any prompts. Is this possible??

Hello sir, What i understand is You want two fields when the form process using ajax the First name become a lable and vertically place on left side of the Last Name .
