Create iOS and Android App

I need an app designed. I need it to work in both iOS and Android stores. It will need to be fully documented so that others can contribute parts easily. I need a few main functions to begin with, and it will expand later. The main page just needs to have the logo at top, main section is the buttons for specific app areas, and at the bottom an ad space. I would like the app design to be flat and match the styling of our website. [login to view URL] analytics code needs to be inserted as well, simple enough. Function 1: Simple customer loyalty card. 5 customer visits and get a reward. Function 2: Simple section allowing a list of reviews websites where the user can easily click on the platform, such as Google or Yelp, and it goes directly to the reviews page. If possible, I would like for it to give a redemption code/coupon after each review left. Function 3: Integrate with my ticketing system. I dont know the best way to do this, just want it to work.
