Add some features for my iphone app

My app is called Nation Clicker in the app store, and is a clicking game. The world ranking is update with a mysql webservice. Here is what I want and I HOPE you can do it as cheap as possible.! - Integrate iAd banner instead of the admob. Currently it has an admob banner and an ad that will pop up every 300 clicks. So I want the iAd banner instead of admob and the removal of the admob ad when 300 clicks has passed and add the Vungle. - Vungle videos: Instead of the admob pop up every 300 clicks, I want you to add the Vungle video. So every 300 clicks the video ad wil pop up, and they have to watch the whole video (which is possible with their sdk) - Graphics. Instead of the current graphics I want you to add the new graphics. I haven't gotten the correct files, but I have attached pictures of it. - Splash screen + think screen. Now when you open the app, it will startout with a splash screen. And then it will go from splash screen to a think icon. Can you make them together, so it will show the splash screen until it has thinked? Because right now it goes from splash screen, to think icon and then to the game. I want it to go from splash screen to game. - The you status and free click might get removed since the other company didn't do what I wanted, and I can't afford to ask for more. - And then I want you to copy and paste the app 3 more times, I want you to copy and paste the app because, I want to make 3 versions of the game; one for usa, denmark and germany. So the game will have the same point, but it has to be for their cities and states. So forexample you would need to add germany's cities in the mysql database, and the same with denmark's cities and USA's states. And then I need the font changed in the Nation Clicker and USA clicker to: [login to view URL] and the oth and changed the germany and denmark to this: [login to view URL] The graphics are in AI files, so you need to know how to implement that aswell.
