Windows Phone - Custom camera application

I am looking to take the next step in a project that has generated loads of excitement from the Energy, Medical, and Aerospace communities and am looking for a star Windows Phone (WP8) programmer! The big picture: The Clearview System acquires and processes images that when properly analyzed can determine the chemical composition of the sample. The mobile phone is the brains, sensor and display of the system - interacting with custom electronics to enable the "magic." Acquiring and processing images while interacting with external electronics through the audio interface constitute the core capability. Payment interfaces and capabilities are an integral part of the project that will be implemented *after* the initial core capability. Network/database synchronization capability is also an integral part of the project that will be implemented *after* the initial core capability. The specifics of what I'm looking for TODAY A WP8 developer who can implement a polished version of the camera app with some simple capability customizations. A WP8 developer capable of developing and implementing a custom imaging filter based on my specifications. A WP developer who can optimize imaging/processing filter code for speed. When are you looking to start? Yesterday. Why WP8? Nokia Lumia devices have hands-down the best sensors and my clients need their capability. They are my main target. Really, why not iOS? I have a working iOS version (can be used to port if it'd be helpful) but I need better sensor control than iOS provides. How about Android? All about sensor capability and control.
