Localise App in Android and Apple

We have an app that's already on the market; we want to do the following things; - We want to localise this app to a different country. This would involve changing the app in terms of language and doing the localisation process in the app store. - We need the admin system to be adjusted, so we have one admin panel for one language, and another admin panel under another... (so users of the English version get the English push and pages, and users of the other language get the other). - This would need to be done in a way in which we could easily add more languages in the future. - All features of the app would remain and would have to work well without problems. This is the key part of this project, as we want to move the app into another language as soon as possible and more languages in the future. In addition to this we would want to; - Change the basic layout to one of our current pages. - Add another page to the app (only a text page, but a button would needed to be added for people to access). IMPORTANT - PLEASE ONLY BID IF; - You speak good English. - You have localised apps before, as this is key part of the project. - You are going to bid an accurate price when you bid. If you bid $200, and your real bid is $1000 when we talk, we will report you to Freelancer for wasting time. We want to complete this work ASAP, let's start to work together.
