This is the DNS issue about the SPF recording setting. Also I will check and block list for your server ip. I will also check the sending rate of the exchange and adjust it if required. I will check it has been relayed by any unauthorized party or not.

This might be the problem with your Exchange Server's IP got blacklisted on some public SPAM lists (like Spamhause etc), and that may be because of missing or incorrect SPF record of your domain. I will have to investigate first if your Exchange IP is blacklisted, and get it released first, and then we will go for the correction of SPF record.
