What exchange version you use? How many domain controllers you have? Exchange and domain controller installed at the same server? What errors you get in event viewer?

I've been in IT for about 15 years, handling small business networks and individuals. I've set up many single-server networks in my time, but only a couple have had Exchange. That said, I've got a lot of troubleshooting experience with Microsoft (and linux-based) servers, so I'll be able to dig down and find the issue. I've allowed extra time in the bid to ensure the issue is properly resolved.
