Hi, Happy to review your project and provide guidance. Task API call / post direct from MSAccess if simple. Otherwise these would need to be written in a separate VB module. Would need to see the code before advising. Task -When a customer is assigned as "appointment scheduled" I would like a folder in a certain destination to be created with the customers name. Need some more information here.
