Create a Portable Device which can detect the Water quality -- 2

I want to build design and prototype a portable device which can detect the water quality: Below are the requirements for the same. Problem Statement: Drinking water supply in rural areas is from both from groundwater (80%) and surface water (20%) sources. However, due to depleting groundwater level, especially in arid and semi-arid regions, the use of surface water is on the rise. For both groundwater and surface water based rural drinking water supply systems, it is important to measure relevant area-specific contaminations to ensure access to potable water. To facilitate and empower people to test drinking water quality at their homes and assure potability of water, there is a need for ‘portable water quality testing devices’ that can test the quality of water for important parameters. The solution shall comprise a design of a portable device which should detect relevant water quality parameters depending on the geographical areas The portable device should be able to detect the water quality accurately and provide information if the water quality is acceptable, permissible or non-fit to consume The detected value of the water quality parameters should be in digital format output The portable device should be easy to carry and handle The portable device should be easy to calibrate The portable device should have an in-built power supply, if necessary The portable device should at least detect the presence/ absence of the biological contaminations The portable device should have low operation and maintenance A detailed user manual must also be provided for the portable device The portable device may also have provision for data transfer A portable device to test all the parameters as mentioned in below table chart: S.
