Raghav, I am a Certified LabVIEW Developer from National Instruments with 5 Years of experience in various NI Alliance Member companies and Automotive OEM in Bangalore,India.I have expertise knowledge in ATE\BTE\HiL applications and done Motion control Algorithms for Various NI Hardwares including PID algorithms(NI Softmotion PID) to control Festo Valve output with respect to input pressure\torque with controllable ramp rates on NI FPGA(cRIO Chassis). Assuming we have a clear reference of the DAQ card and how the labview control will be integrated into the greater control system, we can provide a two tier stepper control vi suite. We will provide the low level digital encoder, an example application and instruction on how to integrate the modules into your control system. We can provide several past designed/implemented stepper control programmes, ready to go.

LabView, familiarity with different device drivers Different manufacturer's (like NI, Advantek, Nudam, condor engineering etc)data acquisition and control products DC motor dynamics power amplifiers analog circuitry

I have 20 years of experience in engineering test and instrumentation, including LabVIEW. I am currently the go-to guy for LabVIEW within the department of mechanical/aerospace engineering at a major university. I am fluent in LabVIEW 2010. Prior experience in this application includes robots for dental research (published), stepper application for undergraduate research with NI Motion, various interfaces with OpCode for motion control experiments. Greetings, It is challenging to bid on this project without more details of the control system you desire. Details such as loop rate, desired precision, desired accuracy all will be important considerations. I am a Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) and have been programming in LabVIEW since 1992. I have been a Lecturer in Experimental Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for over a decade and am now an engineer at the National Center for Atmospheric Research. I moonlight as a LabVIEW consultant in my one-person company in the fields of motion control and high speed imaging. The hardware I have available for testing stepper/servo systems is the NI PXI-7344. This is usually adequate for most mid-range stepper systems. I would enjoy learning more about the project.
