I have 200 numbers in a jar. If I draw 40 numbers randomly each turn, how many turns will I have to have until I see all the numbers in the jar with probability 50% or more? 70%? 99%?

I have your solution. It initially seems a simple problem, but it isn't (if you put the 40 numbers back in the jar every turn). It needs an algorithmic solution (if you want a numeric answer to your question). I'm doing it with Matlab...

I have a good level for this kind of probability problems. I know the formula to use to solve it. If needed, I can provide a small windows application that will illustrate the formula by enumerating all possible combination. This is not a demonstration, of course, just a way to validate the formula with a reasonable doubt.
