Magento moving, upgrading and speeding up

Hi. I probably can help you with tasks. Regarding speed, are you worried about time to first byte (ttfb) or pagespeed? I probably can look into speed problem but pagespeed are pathetic in terms of magento and i dont believe someone will make it perfect in this meter system.
