Creating 2 Magento Templates

Hi, I´m looking for someone who can develope 2 Magento Templates for me out of my designs. I need someone with high skills on Magento and I also like the person/company to be open for a longterm relationship after this first job is done. Im gonna need custom modules in the future etc etc. I need a estimated price for both templates and when I choose someone I will show the designs. Since you cant see the design now I will tolerate 15% bidchange after viewing the designs if needed. The designs is designed for Magento so it wont be something that is way out of possible.
