We are a small company looking to upgrade our Magento 1 (1.9.3.1) site to M2 Remit of the project: 1. Currently have 2 stores but one can be pointed to the other since selling the same products (would like to keep SEO links etc, if possible) 2. Theme – copying the same theme from M1 3. Payment gateways – will use the default PayPal and Braintree and set this up ourselves 4. Shipping options – will use the default and set this up ourselves 5. M2Epro – in M1 we use this extension and it is possible to transfer data between M1 version to M2. I’m not sure what version our M1 is running but they suggest this is possible via v6.5.9 on Magento v1.x to M2E Pro v1.5.1 on Magento v2.x. 6. Advanced product options - [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] has a migration tool, this we need implementing (migration steps: [login to view URL] ) 7. Product tabs - [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] or possible other extension providing similar functions. 8. Part Finder - [login to view URL] - (once installed we can set this up) 9. We use a lot of CMS blocks to display information on the above product tabs, M2Epro and other places therefore these need to be correct after the migration. 10. Customer, Products, CMS blocks and pages to be copied over. 11. Obviously making sure SEO is not effected and site is still responsive etc. Due to the current climate price is a big issue for us, we have a member of staff that has the ability to build Magento 2 sites and install modules but not the more advanced side of things or do migrations, so your best quote considering all these options would be appreciated.

Hello, May I know the size of the DB (Products, Customers, Orders, Categories etc...)? Any fixed deadline? Do you have both stores in the same instance? if so, any special specifications/configurations for any of these stores? What theme are you using? as we need to ensure it is compatible with M2. Dear Sir/Madam I can do your Magento migration from M1 to M2. I have some experience on migrating magento. 1. You have two stores within one magento installation? or two different magento installations? should both being migrated to M2? 2. We need to check if your theme template is compatible with M2 or if the theme can be updated to a compatible version. It is in most cases not possible to simply copy the theme because M2 works different in core functionality than M1. 3. and 4. ok there is nothing to do from my side on this two cases 5. ok so first we look what version you are running and if it is compatible for the provided migration tool, otherwise upgrade the extension first to a compatible version could be the solution 6. should be no problem migrating with the provided migration tool, if there are no customizations on this case in your M1 7. I can install the provided extension. will you set up the configuration by yourself? 8. installation is no problem 9. if the data migration completes successfully I see no reason why these blocks should not be correct. hope it will be compatible with your upgraded theme 10. all these data will be migrated with the magento migration tool 11. site responsiveness depends on the used theme template. if your upgraded theme provides this functionality, this should be no problem. also SEO should stay the save, if URLs do not change.
