Website / Graphic Designer - 3D modeling, Animation, Complete Graphical Design & Layout

Hi everyone, I'm building a website w. a variety of functions and need a graphic design to help me build the interface with the 3D graphics and modeling. Fortunately I have a pretty clear idea of what I am seeking and can explain it rather clearly. I seek a Graphic Designer with a keen eye for making with looks beautiful. Bright brilliant colors, crisp and 3D pictures, all woven together into an eye-popping array of visually stimulating graphics. The most important part is making it look beautiful per what I'm seeking. The three-coulmns of the website will be translucent and superimposed over dark wood paneling. The layout for these three columns I have all planned out and can send you once we begin working together. This dark wood paneling with the the translucent three columns will be in the center of the screen and will float above a background I need created specially for me, this background is what I need to be stunningly gorgeous. The top of the graphic will be bright blue sky with artfully-placed, friendly white clouds and a beaming sun with visible shafts of light. I have a few stock images that I've collected of the "perfect" sky, so you can get a picture of what I like. The middle of the graphic will be bright green grass, rolling hills of bright green grass preferred. Something very peaceful and bright with brilliant colors. I also have a few images of these scenescapes to give you an idea. The key here is color, deep & bright colors in high-definition detail. The bottom of the graphic is one of the most important parts, and the part that I really need a 3D artist/graphic designer for the most. It is here on the bottom where most of the 3D graphic work will be done by you. The graphic will darken until it blackens quickly and then begins to look like its underground, like a cave. Along the bottom of the website I'd like a strip of baby clovers or moss or something, and it to generally look like the inside of a friendly, cartoonish cave. Several groups of animated mushrooms, maybe a big mossy boulder in the left corner, and several clusters of differently-colored and brilliantly radiant crystals. Maybe some cute looking stalactites and stalagmites if you can fit them in well. Please send me examples of your work. I much look forward to your reply!
