Hi, I have exprience with JIRA / Confluence setups before. Service Desk is new but I can manage an OOTB install. CROWD is required for SSO with a LDAP server. I can work partial hours per day and finish in 5 days time. PS: Also familiar with JIRA plugin development and customization. Thank you, Hiten

Hi. I installed configured and upgraded Jira Confluence versions from 6.x to 7.x. I also integrated the emails with office365 to receive successful emails. I also managed ManageEngine products including servicedesk in my previous companies for long. Though I don't work on Freelancer, but saw your project suddenly. CROWD is simply a plugin but licensed which can be installed on Jira. If you bought license for it, then its not issue otherwise 30 days trail is available and you can work on till you buy. Jira/Confluence generally runs on 8090 and 9090. If your server is running anything on these ports, default ports need to be change. You need to provide SSH access if you want me to setup/installed Jira/Confluence/Service Desk. I have testing servers with public IP, so I can install Jira/Confluence, if you want to test it. But I 'll charge you separately if you agree. I also sell pre-setup VM's on rent (weekly / monthly) basis on very cheap prices. So you can get Public IP and a VM (OS of your choice) if you need for few days for testing (your own learning).

I already configured and installed Atlassian (Confluence, JIRA, Bamboo, Fisheye, Crowd) products and integrate together using Crowd as SSO.
