Need the diagram, I haven't been able to find that attached. Also, bid is subject to SSH access, as proxy will be installed using that. If only remote console is accessible, that's fine too. Please note, that by nature, HTTPS connections can't be proxied via transparent proxy, as the whole idea of a secure connection is not to be able to stand in between the communicating parties. Transparent proxying for normal HTTP connections will however work as expected.
