Link Builder Needed

Looking for 50 quality, relevant links!(non-reciprocal) Travel related website needs 50 pr3+ pages linking to it. ALL of following conditions must be fulfilled: 1. Only links from relevant sites will be accepted (travel, discount travel, hotel, resort, vacation) 2. Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code. 3. The link page indexed with PR3 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics. 4. Link page must be search engine friendly. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] 5. Links from guestbooks, FFA, forums etc. are not acceptable. 6. The linking page must have no more than 30 outbound links. 7. One link per domain, all from different IP addresses. 8. English language web sites only. 9. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 10. I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
