Website promotion of plugins on user groups and forums

Hi, We have a range of plugins which work with software such as Magento, [login to view URL], Wordpress, Capsule CRM and more (there are about 10). The plugins enable these software platforms to send and receive SMS. What we want to do is promote the plugins in the relevant user groups and forums for each bit of software. We obviously want the links to stay there so you will need to have a good command of english and abide by all the rules and terms of any site you are posting on and then provide us with links to those so we can see the quality of the posting and the likelihood of the posts remaining there. We can give a lot of the text information in advance. Initially we want to start quite small to see the quality of the work of the winning bidder and if this is right for us. Thank you in advance.
