Update Joomla Site (Navigation + Contact Us form)

I need someone to update and DOCUMENT the navigation of an existing Joomla site. Following is the work that needs to be done on this site: [login to view URL] - Left navigation that is visible on all pages needs to be broken in different sections. Each section will have 5 - 10 links below. You can create separate sections of break the one that is there already. - Rename an entry for the top navigation section from "injections performed" to something else - Make sure as people move from page to page, the top menu is highlighted - Introduce menus (4 menus with 5 sub-headings) on the right side of the site on some pages. These menus will not be visible on all pages but limited pages. - Contact us form that will have 10 questions (mix of drop downs, list boxes, etc.) which will email once someone fills it out. The contact us form will be visible on all pages as a link (menu). I need help and guidance on this one A few things to consider. We dont want to completely change the URL structure of the site since the main site is already indexed by google. Plus, i dont intend to give anyone superadmin rights to the site. Please let me know if you cannot complete with admin rights. Last, you will not install any new plug-ins in the site unless discussed with me. Last, any changes you are making must be documented clearly ;o) Regards,
