Joomla Template Design

Please take a look at: [login to view URL] Our client needs to design a 1.5 joomla template like that. The template does not have a specified design yet, since our client will provide specific graphic content later. In other words, they need an empty template for Joomla that will look like the website above, but without content so all they have to do is create different graphic elements and link them to the template so their website will look nice. Requirements for the empty template: - there will be a big background image all over the screen (like the trees fixed) - the rest of the website will scroll over the big image - you will have to specify the dimensions of the images that will go in various locations so my client can design them in photoshop and then submit them to the website through FTP. - the whole design has to be done for Joomla, so that ALL text parts will be available for editing later. - US BASED INDIVIDUALS OR COMPANIES ONLY!!!
