Urgently required react developer to make changes on already existing page

Points to be modified in Website landing Page 1> slider -1:In first slider scroll down blue color to be aligned to center of the screen. 2>slider -2:Enlarge the graphics size equal to the of left side content, Animation to be smooth while scrolling, Change Background color to #f5f8ff and even to refer the font size and properties well. 3>slider -4:Section has to be static till the last case study is read it is with respect to scroll blue slider currently its moving up n downmost important Case study to be animated right to left when scrolling, Refer Photo file for accurate type properties, Image sizes are distorted its not the same image and resolution sent initally,Case study images to be aligned while moving . 4>slider-5:News to be animated right to left when scrolling and even sections to be static before everything is read. Note :Scroller need to be smooth.
