We would like web scraping software (the scraper) to access a bookmaking website eg Ladbrokes ([login to view URL]) and download odds The input will be an Excel (or .csv) file similar to the attached. The scraper will read the Track (columnC), Race Number (RN - columnD) and Horse Number (TN - columnE), scrape the Win & Place prices from the site and copy the values to the excel spreadsheet as shown in the attached screen clips. The program will be run by the user once a day each morning. The Scraper should respect site rules in the site's text file. All source code and documentation will be supplied. A fixed price and time to deliver to be provided, together with references for similar projects The scraping tool and programming language to be advised, plus any other tools required. Operating system to be Windows A database (eg mySQL) solution would be acceptable.

Hello, I just went through the excel sheet. Column C contains the Track information similarily D and E. This will always be the same right? I think we can use selenium, Python and some delay so that we dont violate any site rules as such. We are a team of 19 developers who have taken senior roles in various startups and can pull this off. We will provide you with a proper code repository and the documentation with the relevant links and resources to get started. We will also guide you on how to set everything up. Where do you want the database to be hosted? is AWS fine?
