Form Validation By Class and Remove Mootools

I really like the validation used in this example: [login to view URL] because all that is required (aside from inclusion of the script) is the addition of a specific class to the form fields. This seems like an ideal way to have a script that can be easily reused in a variety of forms (especially those generated on the fly by a database). Unfortunately, this implementation appears to use mootools (though I cannot figure out what it is using moo for...) and I prefer (when possible) to not have any library dependencies. I am looking for someone to modify the existing scripts to strip out whatever mootools references there are (but still have the validation work). The CSS and JavaScript files (except for mootools) should remain external from the HTML. I have included a copy of the demo files for the validation. It is distributed with the MIT license, so there should be no problem using it. Please update the included sample form "set_me_up.html" with your new solution for my testing purposes. DO NOT SIMPLY RE-INCORPORATE THE MOOTOOLS CODE INTO THE EXISTING JAVASCRIPT INCLUDE. The finished version will have three external file dependencies: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I looked at it and it seemed easy enough, except that I could not figure out how it intercepts the submit action without an "onsubmit" command in the form. My JavaScript skills are getting pretty weak these days I guess... I will place the money in GAF escrow account upon project start. Once the final COMPLETELY WORKING sample has been delivered to me, and I have tested it myself in another sample form that I will set up myself, I will release the escrow payment and leave appropriate feedback.
