69060 Simple new Website Design

This is a simple website project ( no flash, no shopping cart ) I need a 7 ( maybe 8 ) pages website for a small business ( B2B ). It should be done in Dreamweaver MX because I want to have the flexibility to make change in the future and this is the software I am using ( MX 2004 ). I will provide the chosen programmer with my logo in order to design the site in harmony with the colors. For pre-bidding purpose here are some types of simple looking sites I like ( take a look only at the home pages for style not the size of these sites) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] you get the idea… You will work with the existing material you have and your bid is for a turn-key project meaning that I will have a complete website with my requirements and no extra charges for images/clip art/pictures etc… The programmer should be familiar with SEO. I want a simple customer contact form. I will required all templates and images. Detailed explanation will be provided to the chosen programmer including choice for colors, style, examples of style I like I prefer simplicity over anything else. Keep it simple but attractive and catchy. A good portfolio/and/or mockups are a necessity, no exception. I will retain all copyright on the completed work. Although we will provide detailed examples, we also need our chosen programmer to provide suggestions on how to make the site look better. The template needs to be fast loading, utilize css for uniform apperance, easy to navigate and pleasant to look at. I want all pictures to be touched up and placed in settings, not just placed there. In this project, the designer should be willing do to minor changes freely if I need to change something up to 2 weeks after delivery (unlikely) , for example if I need help with the installation. I will put the winning bid into Scriptlance escrow service for this transaction. Only SERIOUS designers who can start work immediately should bid.
