Interactive Design App

We need a front end to a somewhat complex UI for designing marketing products to be professionally printed. The interface should include capabilities that allow the end user to upload custom photos, graphics, and logos to be printed by our company. Editing capabilites should include (but not be limited to) scaling, cropping, re-positioning on uploaded media. They should be able to add text, and standard clip-art or stock photography provided by us. These tools should be very simple and easy to use, no detailed instructions or browser requirements. Drag and drop with clear indicators on how operations should be performed. I will oversee the entire project, as a veteran of large scale web app project management i know what is entailed and required of all elements of the development team. AJAX is a must.
