knowledgable computer man required like retainer for add ons

Not having much luck computers are not my field or business although i found them very usefull and watch changes in trends , i used to have a russian gaf that i was very happy with , conection via skype msm and i could go carefully over what i wanted and what i seen and where i seen it , he built over 40 oscommerce sites for me using mine as a template and adding different apps to my clients sites. he would put on times mailing systems autoresponders anything i wanted i am normally a technician and peoblem solver due to retire so i can work things though and know what is possible although my thinking is out of the box, he has now just disappeared great guy last i heard he was ill and then no more and the sites started to go into disrepair and stale and i moved away from it, however my young grandaugter has again sparked a interest in computers for me so i looking for someone that can do all my work no matter how small on time and to specs, just like i know a tyre does not take a day to change i am aware how some simple jobs should take , there seems to be a promblem on that which i putting down to communications and translation. i need there for someone that very good on php and ntlm and knows osclommerce and all the new add ons that come out over the years, i am looking at building a reverse auction site , a simple socail games site , a small product site clearly the person may not be able to do this all on his own but have enough sense to farm it out and organise it etc , as said i was lucky with the russian gaf i had as he always delevered on the nose what i wanted , so we both made money. i dont like big companys where you get lost in and given the round about which i suspect is happening now with me , i looking for smart individaul that wants to get on and knows his business and play fair, ie no stalling for time on a project but will say if it is beyond him and assit in finding the answer, at present i be using onepib a lot so familerise what it is and how it works i suggest you sign up for free to see how you customise the reciepts and text messages it sends out . i am old talk alot as this is not my field so i try and explain what is needed hense a decent two way chat is needed ie email is fat lot of good for work flows and white board explanations . so this project is just tip to find a regular worker and not one of job which anyone can do ie load the lastest version with most of the add ons up to a domain with other files and ensure it works, which is as we know will take very little time so no 5 day quotes i need person who can do my jobs quickly accordinly to what they are , ie if building new massive commercail site couple of weeks but i dont expect that for a ftp upload, as please note , i pay well for completed work as if very happy i normally give a bonus but if totally rubbish i pay nothing out , i pay normally via paypal, i hoping i find someone today in which case i will end this early. i prefer skype rather than msm
