Web Designer needed

we are needing a website designer to design our website html/flash site. we would want the site to look something like [login to view URL] with the same them colors and the design but better along with the easiness of [login to view URL] toolbar and heading, but there will be to different stes of pages a gold page which would be html with the navigational toolbar and the platinum package would need to be a flash toolbar, and site would, we want the site to be sleek and functional, we would want our customers to already have a predesigned template and be able to customize it just like on [login to view URL] website"please view the blackplanet site for the serious bidder"we want the customer to be able to customize their already designed template for their site, which will run under our site as a sub site. and we are possibly looking to add the feature, this is a multilevel marketing website so they will be under us like this also [login to view URL] page, similiar to that but we already have the programmer for our system , juss need to designer and thats it. we are looking for the designer to get started immediately thank you
