This is the support ticket system I need modified:

I need the ability for users to be able to pay for support.
currently the user is able to:
create a ticket here: [login to view URL]
the ticket is created, then you are then taken to the ticket page.
the user can now see the ticket they created, when it was added, the department, and ticket ID etc
what i need added under the ID:
the ability to see your number in the queue eg: your position in the support queue 52 out of 52
a button to click to pay for support, once clicked the user pays by credit card via [login to view URL] or paypal and an invoice is created and sent to the users and support email for record keeping.
the customer is moved up the queue behind other paid users to eg 4 out of 52 (3 previously paid tickets)
