Keywords database

I have an excel file where I store a keywords (one word or a multiple words –sentence), this file have 11 columns This file have to be imported and stored inside a database and I have to update it every day with a CSV file with 5 columns. Requetes Clics Impressions CTR Position # Type Region ST2 ST3 ST4 When I import the new file with a name like [login to view URL] where yyyy yearn, mm mounth, dd date,T (time) , hh hour, mm minutes, ss seconds I have to look if the keywords is already exist, - If the keyword is not here, I create a new line with that keyword and store all the related information “Clicks, Imression, CTR & Position” - If the keywords is already here I have also to store the related information “Clicks, Imression, CTR & Position” Evry keywords can have inside it some specific word like a region, city, special activity or type I have a column where I have a list of types of keywords and have to be updated I have a column where I have a list of regions and cities will be updated I have a column where I have a list of ST2 and cities will be updated I have a column where I have a list of ST3 and cities will be updated Now I have stored all my list of keywords on a daily basis, with the 4 main informatins 1 - I will look inside my sentence, if it have one word from my column “Type”, if it have it I will associate the keyword or sentence with that type 2 – I will look inside my sentence, if it have one word from my column “Region”, if it have it I will associate the keyword or sentence with that “Region” but here a region can be writed in different type like “fes, fès, fés or fez, فاس » so we have to deal with that and also if in the keyword have 2 regions inside it like country maroc morocco and a city name like fes we have to consider the name of a city as first choice 3 – I will see if my keyword – sentence have a word from my column ST2, I will associate it 4 – I will see if my keyword – sentence have a word from my column ST3, I will associate it 5 – I will see if my keyword – sentence have a word from my column ST4, I will associate it
