Scrape Project

I require a Java program to scrape financial data from website. ## Deliverables I require a Java (or second preference PHP program) to perform the following steps. In Connect 4 - Click on the Boardroom Tab. **Part I** For the list of executives and directors as they are reported in financial statements in respective years: 1) In the company tab the "Include delisted" check box will have to be selected. 2) You will then have to select from the drop down box labelled "Name" - "All" firms before running the search. 3) When you hit the search button, a screen with all the firms currently and formerly listed will appear. 4) In order of firm listing, click on each firm. This will take you to a new screen where you should record ASX code, GICS Industry, Auditor, Balance Date, company website, Directors, and Executives. You will see that under "Other Years" there is "current" which is presently chosen and years dating back to 2004 for some firms. You will need to select each of these years and record the directors and executives separately as they may change through the years. 5) An example of how the data should be set out is included in Sheet 1 of the excel Table **Part II** To compile a list of director movements during the period the following is required: 1) Follow steps 1-3 from above. 2) Click on the first firm in the list and record ASX Code, Year, Directors Name and Position in a new Sheet (See Sheet 2 - remember to cycle through the years) 3) In a separate sheet also record ASX Code, Year, Executive Name, and Position (See Sheet 3- remember to cycle through years). 4) In a separate sheet record ASX Code, Year, Name, Position, Movement, Reason and Date (See Sheet 4 - remember to cycle through the years) **Part III** To compile remuneration data the following is required: 1) Follows steps 1-3 from Part I. 2) Click on the firm in the list and for the year current and click on each director and executive. When you click on each name you are taken to another screen where I'd like you to record ASX Code, Year, Name, Age, Gender, Position, Appointed, Salary, Director's Fee, Bonus, Superannuation, Allowances, Non-cash benefits, termination, motor vehicle, committee fees, other fees, LTIP, Options, Consulting, Shares, Accrued Benefits, Total and the data for it. The data should be presented as in Sheet 5. **Part IV** 1) Follow steps (1) and (2) from Part I 2) Under people, check the Directors box and under committee select Audit. Click search. 3) In this list, select Year, Code, Company, Person, Sex, Position, As at columns and record the information. 4) Repeat this for all the options under Committee. You can include all this data in one sheet, however, it needs to clearly differentiate between Audit, Corporate Governance, Due Diligence as well as all the heading under "Committee". 5) Repeat for Executives (under Show) but place this in a separate sheet. * I have attached sample output.
