IVR and call centre application

Hi, I've experience working with Asterisk and CTI applications. I would write an applications in node.js that will work with Asterisk Manager Interface to track the inbound and outbound calls from agents and expand the available information for that call using the data from an external database or webservice. This server will also provide a web application for the agents to login and visualize information about the current calls on a real-time interface - using websocket as transport. Hi, We are voip solution provider and have earlier developed various system for calling, call forwarding, routing, billing etc. As per your description, my understanding is based on callerid or DID number on which call will come, system need to check database and make appropriate action. By full api call show on screen do you mean you want those calls routing to be shown on web? We are comfortable with your request and can do with ease.

Good evening, I have did similar task for hosted call centre. I am ready to integrate VoIP system (Asterisk) and your CRM/Call centre web application. CRM will be announced to display pop-up message for certain agent with certain CallerID / Dialled number.
