webpage peel effect

I want the scrolling text effect over there like [login to view URL] Herewith I m attaching the FLA files reqired which I have prepared for the peel effect along with javascript. The scrolling should be loaded externally from text file. I dont want to edit FLA files. right now in the url which i had given, there is scrolling effect....but this scrolling is done...embeded in flash only.... I want it to have Rolling Test to come from a text file or an xml file...which is easily editable...and I don have to go to edit fla files...I DON"T HAVE FLASH SOFTWARE!!! I knew that it is just a matter of an hour or may be less than that for an expert. The bidder who gets it done first and with least bid amount will win the bid. I wouldn't like to spend more than $10 for this work.
