Java or Flash Poker Game Manager

I wish to have made a java or flash app that will manage a home poker game. Its needed in flash or java so that it can run on any platform. Basically the software will manage a tournament for a group of players for a texas holdem game and show a running countdown clock, show chip colours/values, average chip stack and manage players and tables. The best explanation would be to show other apps that also do this. A clone of these apps (all do the same core things) is maybe the best way to descibe this job.
