iPhone & Android App & Website to track at COVID-19 Home Self Test Kit - Help

Hi. I have never posted anything before here. But Im looking for a developer(s) to come on board and help develop an app to help tackle the COVID-19 virus. Help trace its locations, upload self test results, locations etc...... Provide up to date useful information, guidelines to stay safe, tutorials, heat maps etc.......WE can help make a difference. Straight off the bat we are working to get rapid test kits that give results in 15 minutes. Im based in Ireland and we have the only Chinese company licence to exports same. We are not trying to price gouge the market. The key to stopping COVID 19 is testing, testing, testing. We are pushing the gov to licence and buy these kits and give to every single person so the whole country can be testing on mass. Im doing this myself and with my partner. We have stopped our normal day to day work as we are in isolation. Firstly the platform to cover as many possibilities for smart phone iPhone / Android - open to correction. A website based version aswell for those not savvy enough for smart phones. Hopefully get a 2d Barcode on the box so that will bring you to the app store to download the free app. Not really interested in the advertising side of it. Maybe Im mad!!!!!! Can advise Im not sure I should waste your time going any further but hope some people out there come on board and get this done. I can share what I have in mind head and just go with your flow and thoughts aswell. Thanks Patrick
