Game Developer Needed - All Out Go

Independent startup company looking to have a game created for Android and ios. Also looking for long term business relationship as game expands and needs of the company grow as well. Though we are just getting started and don't have a large initial budget, we anticipate a high return after our marketing endeavors, so this is a perfect opportunity for any new, young, or ambitious developers seeking a foot in the door to demonstrate their talents and abilities and find a home within our company. Our overall goal is to create a game, more specifically, multiple apps over time, that surpass others like Pokemon Go. What we are looking for: While staying within budget, we want to have game created with the use of Geolocation that is somewhat a combination of other games like Pokemon Go, Real Estate Tycoon, and a few others. The general premise of the game is for a crew to become the strongest, largest, and most powerful crew within the game. There is heavy use of dark humor, borderline racist, classist, sexist, etc humor, all through battling, take overs, earning money, and gaining additional crew members. We will have in app purchases, ad space, and rewards for watching ad videos. Our budget is set; however, if you feel you meet our needs but our budget is not what you believe this game should cost, please feel free to submit a breakdown of your proposal including the cost for the scope of work.
