Tech raqsh video animation marketing

Dear freelance, We are a start up company that needs to market itself to certin segments (entrepreneurs of the age 16-45 with tech ideas such as applications, small businesses that lack technical support to enhance productivity with automation) Tech Raqsh provides IT consulting and solutions (sites, apps, automated systems, out of the box systems) which will help the customers to indeitfy needs and fulfil requirements. we plan to start a targeted Media campaign with an animation video with a specific predefined scenario that will be provided by us. One important note the the trageted audience speaks Arabic so the dialogue in the animation must be totally in Arabic. We will coordinate with the Arabic voice actor. However, we are eger to hear how will you sync the voice with the mouth movements of the characters. The length should be between 1-2 min and if the price is right we might do two animations.
