advertiser requires for site

need an expert advertiser who could guide me in increasing my sales. i also want free signups to my sites, so that i can have lot of members to attracts advertisers. i will pay u twice in a week. u will also give me new ideas to improve my site or anything so i just want an expert. this is a long-term project so i want to confirm that i have choose perfect person.
