I am looking for a skilled artist to complete a string of projects for me. If you are inexperienced please do not waste my time. -PROJECT DESCRIPTION- READ CAREFULLY- I am looking for someone who is skilled in Adobe photoshop/illustrator. In the first photo, you will see a man animated he will be wearing a mandarin collar and a long mustache. Pay attention to how he is animated because in the second photograph I need you to replicate that style . I want you to animate the second picture and change a few details. The details will be marked on the photograph but i will also right them here. I want a orange halo on the back of the mans head. His eyes should be glowing white, the drink should be red and remove the current logo and replace it with a moon, remove the current logo on his sleeve and replace it with a crescent moon..
