Build a website and Android App

We are building an exciting new product in the shoe industry space and looking for candidates that can help us realize it. We expect the project to take anywhere from 3 to 6 months. This is a part-time telecommuting opportunity and selected candidate will be working along side our on-site team. Tasks will be delegated periodically to meet set milestone. Candidate will be reporting progress on a recurring basis to ensure continuity and information sharing across the team. Most, if not all, of the assigned tasks will fall into one of the following broad categories - + Website design + Website prototype + Website implementation + Backend feature implementation + Mobile App design + Android App feature implementation Minimum required skills - + HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS + Java, J2EE, JUnits + Unix + Apache + MySQL + Hands on experience with multi-threaded systems + Perforce (or any other CVS system) Candidates with know-how's in any of the following will be given preference - + Full product cycle experience (from design to deploy) + Experience working with Amazon Web Services + Working experience of unix, apache, and other web technologies for the platform + Social media experience (various API integration including Facebook, Google+, etc) + Experience implementing camera features on mobile devices (both pictures and video) + Experience with image and video compression a huge plus + Experience implementing telemetry systems and data analysis + We use only open source technologies so familiarity with available technologies a plus If interested, please apply.
