PSD to Bootstrap 3 + jQuery

Please read the entire description before bidding. Looking for a freelancer who is completely fluent in english. No exceptions. Looking for a freelance who will be able to work on this project daily and deliver it in 10 days. (May 14th) I need a psd to Bootstrap 3 conversion for two (similar) pages as well as a modal to be used on a web app. Functionality should be implemented on jQuery we'll be using this project to move as much as we can to angular later on. [login to view URL] To facilitate this there are a few guidelines that we’ll need to follow: All js added should be as jquery plugins. For example: [login to view URL](opts) Every plugin which changes DOM in anyway SHOULD have a few triggers. before, after, updated, canceled and it should accept refresh triggers with new data etc. Before and after events should respect return values to prevent and cancel DOM change. An example of the above, as we'd need to customize the look of select elements (modal image). You can use [login to view URL] but you'll need to add the triggers as mentioned in #3 Other notes: We already have sortables (for the tag list as shown in modal image) and table column sorting so we will not need those to be implemented. The navbar on top should work similar to [login to view URL] with one change. Even when the underline moves, currently active page should still have a lower opacity underline. I also provide specific instructions on how the list scrolling should be handled. When you bid please include the following as the first sentence of your reply: Fancy Ketchup is overrated. The developer that is doing the ui for the app will be available by email and hangouts to answer questions about what is needed etc. You’ll communicate directly with him on all jQuery related issues. Milestones: The project will be split into two milestones: 1st - providing the bootstrap layout ready for jQuery 2nd- completing the jQuery to spec Milestones will be paid on completion though freelancer.
