Search: Longtime graphic designer for websitedvdartwork jobs

We are a rather large internet based company out of California in the United States searching for one (or many) longterm graphic designers for a vast array of projects from website design to original art creation to dvdcd cover layout. This is an open project to as many who would like to apply. This will be the selection process: We will grant anyone who makes an offer on this project the chance to create either an original or commericial standard dvd cover. Based on the quality of the work, the working relationship with the designer, etc. we will either pay for the one project in question and terminate the relationship or offer the person a longterm deal. We guarantee at least 5 jobs per month which may include any of the above listed items. (If the person is skilled at art design and not ness. website design, we can have that person only complete art design, and vice versa, etc.) You will be working directly with myself, Dan Hennig, and any specifics relating to your area of expertise can be worked out after the inital project is completed. Now onto the bid project: It will be a standard issue art design for a dvd or cd cover. Bid accordingly. All REASONABLE bids will be given a chance to complete the project. The design must be in photoshop format and the final project will have to be sent BEFORE payment is issued. I understand most of you reading this already adhere to such a policy, I'm just trying to be thorough. If you agree to these terms, by all means, offer up a bid.
