Redevelopment of Existing Website

I have been asked to redevelop a site I made some years ago - [login to view URL] What is required now is beyond my skills so I need an excellent partner to complete some of the work. The emphasis will be on design quality and creating an up-to-date responsive site that is easy to update and works across all devices. It should be noted that although this site has many of the characteristics of a shopping site it will not be an online store. Please also note that there will be more sections to the new site than are featured in the current one, I believe there will be around 5 main section additions. The work required is in 2 main parts so please specify in your bid an overall price and a breakdown for part one and part two. I am happy to pay for part one once it is completed. Part One: To create graphical mockups for the site which I can present to the client. I have prepared an initial homepage design which in principle was accepted but this will need to be taken forward. The complete list of mockups needed are: Home Page, Product grid Page, Product Details Page and a Generic page for information. Mockups will be needed both for how the site will look on standard screens and mobile devices. It is likely that once these are presented there will be the need for revisions so please be open to criticism and include provision for that in your quotation. Part Two: To take the approved mockups and create a working site shell. This will need to have all the required site sections in place and be fully working. At this stage there will only need to be minimal content in each section as I will add the main site content once this part is completed. The site will need to be editable so I am open to suggestion on the best way to achieve this, whether we use an on-the-shelf CMS or something different. With the original site I created a simple custom system using PHP but it was never ideal. As stated after this I will add content in to the site shell which should be fairly straightforward. There may then be some work needed to take the completed site live. I would like to state that throughout this we will need someone who is flexible, open to criticism and working to make this the best site it can be. The client is in the process of obtaining new images and additional content so revisions may be needed throughout the process. it cannot be stated enough that the main priority is to create a beautiful site that looks great and works well.
