Redesign an existing website - graphics design and WordPress

Redesign an existing website. Create/Adjust current colors, pictures - redesign template Upload content/changes provided by us to the website, will require some photo editing / enhancing The current site is in Wordpress and needs a graphical face-lift together with some content change. The Logo remains the same, and stays on the banner. the homepage must be simple and very quick to load. On the right side of the banner will be references to the 3 locations of the stores which will link to the location specific pages. Under the banner, there will be 5 small pictures with short references to the 5 main service the business offers. these references will link to the 5 pages with more detail and pictures for about these services. At this stage the site will have 9 pages or so. The 5 pages of the 5 different services will be landing pages for Google The site has to be mobile device friendly/optimized. The content for the pages will be provided. I need someone good in graphics / photo editing/enhancing. The logo font and color scheme has to stay the same but would like it to be a little enhanced , perhaps more 3D like. Anyway the current site is: [login to view URL] The job is relatively simple but not an overnight one, and it will most likely bounce between us a couple of times with minor alterations, revisions. In general, the content of the site will remain very similar, jut it will be organized slightly differently and will have a fresher look.
