We have recently build a tasks posting website ([login to view URL]). We are looking for someone who can review our website flow and provide suggestions to improve the overall user experience. We will really appreciate if the person applying have spent few minutes looking at the website before bidding on the project. The ideal person should be great at UI/graphic designing and photo shop.

in general website not et mobile ready, small css/js issues. home page: better without extra scroll (full screen), small m-glass breaking style, header height changes no good, JOB KEYW. auto suggest. Relevant Skills and Experience I AM LOOKING FOR: nice list on right side with related icons, sub dirs too. if you do it more dynamic yo'll get good things, including : your profile views on home page counter.. You are actually in good shape. Your visual design is very clean and inviting and site architecture is good. I added usability testing as a step to this since I think that's an important step to take at this point - you need that input as well as the UX review to know how to refine the basically nicely-done site you already have in place.
