I need an eBay shop template created and someone to load my 98 products to the store

I have an Ebay account set up as a store in australia. I need someone to create an Ebay store template with graphics and make it stand out. Then I need them to create the template for listings and also load all my products from my website [login to view URL] to Ebay with the images. The images need to be taken from website and every one needs to have an Australian logo added to the corner as per a vector file I have attached. (the image in the trop right of the file needs to go on every product image). The products are for sale in Australia and NZ with free postage. This project is from start to finish. However the listings can not be live yet as I am waiting for stock to arrive. One can be tested live but the rest need to be ready to go. They Also need to be added to the inventory by SKU in Ebay so I can update the Inventory via a CSV file from my website. Only competent and hardworking need apply! Must have EXCELLENT english for ease of communication!!
