Design a Website Mockup

I have a Look and feel for the website and the Home page design almost completed. I need someone who can help me with their expert skills and move the project forward. I need a neat and clean design. It must be responsive and should have great user experience. This project is very strategic. I am looking for unique Ideas and thoughtful planning. I want to start with few updates on the home page. And I'll go ahead with remaining part of the project only if I am happy with the work already provided. What is the website about? 1. Industry : Food 2. Function : Advertising platform (Local business posting) 3. Target audience : Indian Home based food business owners in Canada(Initially in Canada, but later in USA, Australia & UK) What am I expecting in terms of design? : I am looking for a strategic planning considering the website function and target audience. The website should be easy to use and navigate and should have great user experience. The design should be original and unique. I am not expecting to see PSD or theme-forest templates. Design process to be followed : 0. Site-map 2. Photoshop Mock-ups I am open to suggestions. Some of website features to be considered during design phase : 1. Responsive 2. CMS (Wordpress) 3. Ad posting features 4. User signup/login features 5. Google maps integration / Search by location, name, etc. 6. User login/signup 7. User account. PLEASE NOTE: Please keep in mind that the requirement I have posted above is something I can think of now. It should not be limited to that. The reason I am hiring a designer/developer or an agency is to do the research, decide the features, functionality and layout that represents my startup. And its easy to use for my customers/users. I want to give full control of the entire project. I will give you the suggestions and feedback, but you will be the one to come up with great idea and design. Looking forward to work with you.
