Design Graphics for 2 pages of website from PPT files UX style instructions

We have designed our website but having trouble with final 2 pages The site allows patients to search for a doctor online for a live online appointment. The patient also has the option of pre booking an online appointment. The home page has been upgraded please see attached file "home" to get an idea of site's current style. The page we are having trouble with is the main search page including the way the doctor sub profile is displayed [login to view URL] and also the actual doctor profile example below [login to view URL] For this project you will take the attached PPT and design a mock up jpeg of what the search page including doctor sub profile and main profile would look like Once approved you will create a psd file so we can have the html bootstrap done. I have also included the provider member area file so you see information that should be displayed in sub profile on search results page and main profile. There are also verification icons that you will notice in the PPT file. Show me what you can do will result in contract and further work so a mock up of how the search results page will look and also how the main doctor profile will be displayed when a patient clicks on sub profile in search results.
