Create a repeat, textile print design using photoshop. Theme Digital Floral

I'm looking for a digital artist who's highly experienced in Photoshop. I want them to create a beautiful, feminine, floral surface print design which will be sold to the fashion industry. The design must show a visible full repeat from top to bottom, left to right. The design should demonstrate high levels of creativity in sourcing and manipulating floral elements and layering. The artist will take into consideration a well thought out colour palette for their print design and all the elements show unity. The final print design will be a great piece of commercial artwork that ideally would suit fashion retailers Zara, Bershka, Topshop, Joie to name a few and also high end designer labels; Zimmerman, Thurley, Hugo Boss, Karen Millen, Tibi, Kate Spade, Ted Baker, Temperly, Anthropologie, Free People etc etc. After a first submission we can work on refining the technical aspects of the Photoshop document. However the file should contain layers of all original elements, grouping layers is encouraged to maintain a tidy final document and file size. I have attached a screenshot as a helpful example for file layers. All artworks need to be in RGB, Adobe 1998 colourspace. The canvas should be 600mm Wide X 700mm High. The file resolution will be 200dpi. I am looking to work specifically with people who are incredibly fast paced and will complete a final design within 3 hours.
