Re build my website with woocommerce and make some customisations

My website is currently built on the Shopify platform, I need someone to re build my existing website on Woocommerce as I need some functionality that Shopify cannot provide, I'll also need some work doing to implement that extra functionality. Please take a look at my current website [login to view URL] to see what we do, we produce customised t shirts for hen and stag nights. The problem I have is that customers buy multiples of the same item and customise each one, at the moment the customer has to add each one individually to the cart, this is time consuming and and I'm losing conversions. Please look at this link for an example of how I want my site to actually work [login to view URL] I want my website to work exactly like that example or as close as is possible, I'll need you to build this for me and implement it on the new store, It will also have to be very user friendly from the back end so I can control customisation options with ease. I cannot achieve this with Shopify as it has a hard limit of only 100 customisations, the only way around that is to use an API but it's still a huge pain for me to change options that way. This is why I need it re built with woocommerce or Laravel which I'm told should handle it. I'm open to suggestions on how to re build this site, please send to me your proposal, a time frame and cost along with any examples of other projects.
